Never chase perfection

I know this might sound idiotic, but bare with me to the end.

If you always, in every project, every design decision, every line of code chase perfection you are going to set yourself up for failure. You increase stress. Since every moment has to be perfectly executed. Realistically that is not possible.

You will also create huge barriers that you have to overcome between every step och part-deliverable in the project.

So relax the effort a bit, lets say go for 80/20, launch and then refine.

The aim shall always be perfection, but take it in steps.
